Kibana (Discover) direct link does not append `sg_tenant=` anymore

Hi,

with previous versions when sharing a Kibana discover short link the sg_tenant parameter was added accordingly.

With the latest Kibana 8.19.7 and Search Guard FLX 4.0.0 this parameter isn’t added anymore to the generated short link.
Adding it manually however works.
