SG GUI Tenant creation fails

Hi Team,
I have issue when I try to create kibana tenant via SG-GUI. I couldn’t get any propmt of error but I could see error response in browser network tab (Inspect element).

Elasticsearch : 7.1.1
SG-Elasticsearch : 35.0.0
SG-Kibana: 7.1.1-35.1.0
Enterprise modules enabled.

This is a known issue and we are already working on providing a new release that fixes it. Sorry for the inconvenience, I will keep you posted.

Thanks for your prompt response, I would also like report that SG icons in dark mode are not clear and SG GUI cannot pick dark mode whereas tenant information and Account overview are compatible with darkmode.
