In /plugins/search-guard-6/sgconfig I’ve SG config files (common things). I’ve changed many things in Kibana/SG but see no changes. Where changes are stored?
Best regards,
Lechu
You need to run sgadmin, pls read the docs: Installation | Security for Elasticsearch | Search Guard and Configuration Migration | Security for Elasticsearch | Search Guard

Propably misunderstanding: I don’t want to restore initial configs’ content. I’d like to know where my changes are stored: I can see them in SG GUI but not in SG config files.

"The Search Guard configuration, including users, roles and permissions, is stored in an index on the Elasticsearch cluster. This allows for hot configuration reloading, and eliminates the need to place configuration files on any node."
The natural way in elasticsearch to store things is in an index and thats exactly what the SG Kibana Config Gui (and also sgadmin) is doing. There is the "searchguard" index where the config is stored. You can not read or write it directly because its specially protected.
Every time a ES node starts it reads the current config (into memory) from the searchguard index and every time the searchguard index is updated by SG Kibana Config Gui (or sgadmin) all nodes refresh their in-memory config.
With "sgadmin.sh --retrieve" you can "download" the currently stored config.
