Searchguard License Upload

Hi Team,
I have upgraded my cluster from 5.5 to 6.1 recently and trying to upload license for the searchguard. I used License Reference Number from license certificate but throws an exception as shown in image. I could see that there is an option to upload license file but don’t have the files apart from License certificate, May I know how could I get the license file for searchguard.

Info:

  • Search Guard - 6.1.3-20 and Elasticsearch 6.1.3 version

  • Installed and used enterprise modules

  • JVM version and operating system version

    • JAVA 8

Hi Yash,

the license reference number is not the actual license. The reference number is a unique identifier that helps us finding licenses for customers in our system.

License handling has been changed from 5.x to 6.x, so in order to get a license for SG6, please send us a mail via sales@floragunn.com.
