a user with limited access

hello everyone,

i need to define a user in searchguard with just access to discover and dashboard tab in kibana, with just READ permission.

i dont understand the actions and cluster level or indecie level…

would you please help me?

i have a readonly user now that can see only dashboards.

BUT i need another user that can do some query and search in discovery.

NOTE : just “discover and dashboard tab” read permission , not any other. so he/she cant edit or remove dashboards and cant see other kibana plugins like management or …

This currently not possible but it will be with the next feature release (expected in 4 weeks approx.)

no, you need to wait until SG v25 which is expected to be released by the end of February
