How to edit search guard source code (html files) to reflect in Kibana

  • Search Guard and Elasticsearch version: 6.2.2

Hi,

How can I edit search-guard html files to reflect in Kibana? Specifically, I want to edit /searchguard/public/apps/login/login.html to remove

so that the “trial expires in…” doesnt appear when logging in (searchguard POC to managment for purchase, dont want to show it).

When simply removing the line in vim and restarting Kibana, changes are not reflected

Thanks!

Hi Robert - please contact us via email, we’re happy to issue an extended trial license which you can use for your PoC: sales@floragunn.com
