why searchguard2 index status is Unassigned?

i test searchguard with es2.3.1 ,I don’t understand why searchguard index status is Unassigned!!
Who can help me to answer，thanks

this is already fixed with https://github.com/floragunncom/search-guard/commit/f1a5c4e6c467a795c198daa02cd28002cd5703e5
You can just ignore it for the moment
