Hi Lance!

Let’s clarify that in order to make sure that it is the same problem as before and not a different problem:

What exactly does “not running” mean in this context? Do you still get “Unknown State” in the overview? Does acknowledging a watch still cause the “Please try again later” error? Or does it cause a different error now?

FYI: Search Guard 50 for ES 7.11.x brought a number of stability and diagnostics improvements for Signals:

We are also looking at porting some of these to SG 49 for ES 7.10.2, but this may take some further weeks.
