Why do i need to initialize SearchGuard everytime i restart my Elastic Service ??

Do you mean sgadmin. No, executing sgadmin only when ACLs are modified. If you restart elastic-service the searchguard loads with previous ACL. Pushing acl doesnt require Elastic restart.
