We have released Search Guard 5.4.1-12 and Search Guard 5.3.3-12 today, compatible with Elasticsearch 5.4.1 and Elasticsearch 5.3.3 respectively.
You can install it like any other Elasticsearch plugin:
/bin/elasticsearch-plugin install -b com.floragunn:search-guard-5:5.4.1-12
/bin/elasticsearch-plugin install -b com.floragunn:search-guard-5:5.3.3-12
