On this page, Search Guard for Elasticsearch 6.8.5 is not displayed. I found it by browsing this other page mut you may want to add an entry to the docs.search-guard.com page.

I’m surprised none of the Search Guard people are responded to this post to clarify why a release for 6.8.5 exists on releases.floragunn.com but isn’t linked from anywhere. Maybe it’s not linked from the documentation because it’s not ready for use yet. I’m inclined to not use a release that hasn’t been announced and can only be found by browsing through directory listings.
We will update the docs today and also make an official announcement.
