we’re happy to announce Search Guard v25.1, compatible with Elasticsearch 6.4.3, 6.5.4, 6.6.2, 6.7.1 and 6.7.2.
- This release
- fixes mainly an issue where Search Guard was (under rare conditions) not initialized correctly after a full cluster restart
- and a few other things
It’s also time to say goodbye to Search Guard 5 which has reached End Of Life (EOL).
If you are still running Elasticsearch 5, we strongly recommend upgrading to 6.7.2 or 7.0.1.
If you are running Elasticsearch 6 in any version before 6.7.2 we also strongly recommend that you upgrade to 6.7.2 or 7.0.1. Please refer to our EOL policy for details.
As always, thanks for your support and input!
