RO Tenant Kibana Management tab

Kibana version (if relevant):
Kibana 7.8 + kibana sg plugin 43.0.0

When user has read only privileges to tenant he still see “Management” tab. This tab should be hiden in RO mode or at least “Stack Monitoring” and “Stack Management” tabs. They are hidden in version 6.8.x.
