# Unable to map ldap users to search guard roles.

When asking questions, please provide the following information:

- Search Guard and Elasticsearch version 6.0.0

- Installed and used enterprise modules, if any No

- JVM version and operating system version

- Search Guard configuration files

- Elasticsearch log messages on debug level

- Other installed Elasticsearch or Kibana plugins, if any

Hi,

I have installed searchguard and configure with LDAP. Now I am able to login with LDAP username and password but search guard roles not getting mapped to LDAP users.

Please provide configuration.
