We are very happy to announce that we have now finished the beta testing phase of Search Guard FLX. Thus, we are now releasing the first GA version of **Search Guard FLX** , the next generation of Search Guard. It brings a number of important and fundamental improvements: - Completely new approach for configuring authentication. **The new configuration format is more coherent, more predictable and much more powerful.** Simple setups require very little configuration; very complex setups are possible by straight-forward configuration.
