# Cross Cluster Search to Xpac and OpenDistro

Hello, I have an environment in which I have 3 types of clusters based on Elasticsearch 7.10.0:

Search Guard cluster (v49.3)  
OpenDistro (v12.0)  
Elasticsearch with Xpac

All clusters are connected to Active Directory.  
Now. Cross cluster search is working within technology stack (OpenDistro \<-\> OpenDistro, SG \<-\> SG)

But is it possible to create a Search Guard cluster setup which will be able to run Cross cluster search on the remaining types?

So is this direction possible:

- SG --ccs–\> OpenDistro ?
- SG --ccs–\> ELK with Xpac ?
