Accountinfo and Multitenancy disabled at GUI

Can you share kibana.yml?
Are you sure the Kibana has access to the environment variables? Try to hardcode the the following values.
kibana.yml

searchguard.multitenancy.enabled: true
searchguard.accountinfo.enabled: true
